Our Story
How We Got Started
Servolution Network, Inc. was inspired by the original Servolution organization that launched in Louisiana as a response to Hurricane Katrina. Our organization, co-founded by Jason Malewiski and Bruce Adams, was born in 2014 as a grassroots outreach of The Church at Azle to feed the hungry and help the needy with minor home repairs. By 2016, another local charitable organization, 6 Stones, inspired Servolution Network to sign a 380 Economic Development Agreement with the City of Azle; shortly thereafter, in 2017, Servolution Network formed its own 501(c)3 and began revitalizing homes during its twice-yearly home revitalization blitzes.
In 2021, our organization’s impact on the local community qualified it to become the honored recipient of the Mueller, Inc./Texas Country Reporter Helping Hand warehouse building grant program (you can see the TV episode that aired regionally and nationally here: https://youtu.be/KbfyM547t6Y). Since then, not only has the City of Azle continued to renew our 380 Economic Development Agreement every year, but we were thrilled to have cemented a 380 agreement with the City of Lake Worth in 2022. As of this writing, we have revitalized, made accessible, or otherwise repaired approximately 280 homes!
As an organization, our goal is to regularly create opportunities for community members to be a blessing to others by volunteering to serve our at-risk disabled, elderly, and economically disadvantaged Veteran and civilian neighbors. We do this via home revitalization and accessibility projects; free furniture, appliances, and medical equipment; and no-contact 24/7 neighborhood food pantries. We also provide for seasonal emergency needs, such as space heaters and window air conditioning units.
